Showing Up for
Our Communities
Not just during an election. ALWAYS.
WELCOME
I’m Josh Sines, a lifelong Eastern Baltimore County resident who has spent his life working here, raising a family here, and fighting for our communities long before ever running for office.
I’m a former Bethlehem Steel worker, truck driver, small business owner, and farmer. Those experiences taught me the value of hard work, personal responsibility, and keeping your word.
As former President of the Essex Middle River Civic Council, I’ve spent years standing beside my neighbors, advocating for our communities, and showing up when it mattered because leadership isn’t about speeches. It’s about being present.
I’m running for Baltimore County Council because District 8 deserves someone who listens, tells people the truth, and fights to bring our communities the attention and resources they deserve.
Leadership starts with showing up. That’s what I’ve done for years, and it’s exactly how I’ll serve as your County Councilman.
Common Sense. Community First. Conservation.
I’ll work with anyone, Republican, Democrat, or Independent, to get results for District 8. As the Republican nominee for County Council, I’ll bring common sense, accountability, and a community first approach to every decision I make.
COMMON SENSE
Government should work as hard as the people paying for it.
I’ll fight to improve public safety, strengthen our 911 system, protect taxpayers, hold county government accountable, and make sure Eastern Baltimore County finally gets its fair share of county resources.
COMMUNITY FIRST
I’ve spent years showing up long before I became a candidate.
Whether it’s civic meetings, neighborhood concerns, volunteer fire companies, environmental issues, or community events, I believe your councilman should be present, accessible, and accountable.
When you call, I’ll answer. When there’s a problem, I’ll show up.
CONSERVATION
Growing up on our waterways taught me that protecting our environment isn’t political. It’s personal.
I’ll continue fighting for cleaner rivers, responsible development, revitalizing our existing communities, preserving open space, protecting our rural communities, and holding government accountable when it fails our environment.
We can build for the future without losing what makes District 8 special.
Why I’m Running
For too long, Eastern Baltimore County has contributed millions in tax revenue while too often being asked to settle for less.
Our communities deserve safer neighborhoods, stronger public safety, cleaner waterways, responsible growth, better infrastructure, and county government that listens.
I’m running to push back on overdevelopment, revitalize our existing communities, fight for the resources our district deserves, and ensure our tax dollars are invested back into the neighborhoods that generate them.
I’ve spent years standing beside my neighbors because someone has to speak up. As your County Councilman, I’ll continue showing up, listening, and delivering results for every community in District 8.
I’m running for County Council to push back on overdevelopment, deliver results, bring balance and common sense, and put our communities first.
I’m committed to listening, showing up, and delivering results for every community in District 8.
